In Creative Corner, poetry

Dunia meli ulingo, wacheza wanopambana,
Mapigo ndani ya kingo, vishindo kuvurugana,
Tete kwacho cha mpingo, nguvu hazijawiana,
Halibari siyo shwari, bahari chombo mrama.

Wateseka waliyomo, wasijue la kusema,
Vya dhurika vilivyomo, vya thamani na gharama,
Vya kiwanda na kilimo, maji tele vinazama,
Halibari siyo shwari, bahari chombo mrama.

Na weusi wanalia, weupe wagugumia,
Haramia wavamia, mali wajichukulia,
Mabomu walipulia, hasara vya angamia,
Halibari siyo shwari, bahari chombo mrama.

Nahodha ametulia, kiko anajivutia,
Cha enzi amekalia, ulinzi kajiwekea,
Hana cha kukihofia, kwani yeye abiria?
Halibari siyo shwari, bahari chombo mrama.

Abiria masumbuko, nani atawaokoa,
Vikumbo mkanganyiko, meli wanaitoboa,
Fujo waja mtanziko, chashi, radi zoazoa,
Halibari siyo shwari, bahari chombo mrama.

Ni kweli aliyembali, haangukiwi na mti,
Ila takosa kivuli, bora apaze sauti,
Akemee kwa ukali, yasizidie mauti,
Halibari siyo shwari, bahari chombo mrama.
