In Creative Corner, poetry

She rose early each day
With her thoughts filled
With the unknown tomorrow
And her belly big
With babies yet unborn
She lives her dreams
Trail, set the path
For generations yet unborn.

She rose early each day
With a baby strapped
Across her back
She lives beyond clichés
Care not what the world says
She works till dusk
At dawn, she rises again
Her babies fed, dressed
To face the world
Not scared of the unknown.

Her children can say
Through her presence
Their tomorrow is guaranteed.
