In the embrace of silence, a calm repose,
Lies the essence of rest, where true solace flows.
Where weary souls find respite from the chaos of the day,
In stillness they find comfort, where worries allay.
Slumber, a refuge, a sanctuary of peace,
Where bodies find healing, and tensions release.
Like a gentle breeze on a summer’s eve,
It rejuvenates the body casing it to sleep.
Without counting sheep, that old pill for sleep,
The action of inaction, easily blooms forth.
Eye lids close, under the gravity of comfort,
Bones sink in this mattress that shout home sweet home.
